Starting out as City Zen Cane back in the 1980s, Steven Ford and David Forlano have traveled on an amazing journey of collaboration for the past several decades. One artist will create a piece or component, then send it to the other, who will take it and expand on it. This back-and-forth leads to the exquisite, boldly colored brooches, necklaces and earrings that they have become known for. The two artists are also pioneers in the medium of polymer clay, usually referred to these days as polymer, and its introduction into the wearable art field.
