THE MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS, HOUSTON presents “Louvre Couture at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston” through March 15, 2026. The exhibit positions fashion as art with an installation of 36 fashion ensembles in galleries across the museum. All were selected from the landmark debut of “Louvre Couture—Art and Fashion: Statement Pieces,” the first-ever fashion exhibition at the Louvre Museum. “The Jewelry of Dorothea Prühl” also shows through January 3, 2027. Spanning nearly five decades of her work, this presentation features a series of necklaces and brooches that exemplify Dorothea Prühl’s visionary approach to contemporary jewelry.
