Q: What is Ornament Behind the Covers?
A: Ornament Behind the Covers is our new online community platform. Here we will provide additional content, from short articles, image galleries of artists and their work, craft event news, archived articles from past issues of Ornament, and a monthly podcast where Robert and Patrick will interview artists, museum curators, writers, gallerists and more. You’ll also be able to talk on our forum with other members of Ornament Behind the Covers.
Q: Does this mean Ornament is moving away from print?
A: Emphatically no! Because of how difficult it is for print magazines these days, we are seeking new ways of expanding Ornament’s mission. Ornament Behind the Covers is a separate platform to augment our print presence. We will continue to print Ornament Magazine as a physical magazine so long as we exist as a business.
