Q: How often does Ornament print?

A: Ornament publishes four times a year, in Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

Q: When will I receive my first issue?

A: That depends on when you subscribed. When a new issue prints, it mails to all existing subscribers. A supplemental mailing will take place a week or two after, for new subscribers. If you subscribe after the supplemental mailing, your subscription will start with the next issue.

Q: I subscribed for the Print edition of Ornament, but I just received an email saying I’ve received a digital version. What happened?

A: Not to worry! All Print subscribers receive a complimentary digital edition at no extra charge. Often, our digital edition will be ready to be sent before the print version arrives at your mailbox.

Q: I’ve been receiving several digital issues, but still haven’t received a print edition?

A: You may have chosen our digital edition by mistake, which is $25.00 rather than $29.99. Just contact customer service, or visit our Contact page and reach us through there, and we’ll be glad to assist. You will need to pay the $4.99 to upgrade to print, and we will send you the issues you are missing.
